Hi Experts,
We've enhanced 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H using append structure (via RSA6 - the fields are not hidden) and included the enhancement code in CMOD.
When we test the extractor in RSA3, enhancement code using user exit (EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001 through CMOD) it works and the enhanced fields are updated during extraction in RSA3.
When we test the extractor in RSA3, the enhancement code in CMOD is called and hence all the enhanced fields are coming.
but when we check the same delta in RSA7, all the enhanced fields are blank.
hence when we execute infopackage in BI, there is no data for all the enhanced fields.
We are using CRM SAPKU70103 & BI SAPKW70024.
Are we missing anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks in advance.
