Attachment in Email

Dear All,

We have an issue with one user Browser Settings. User has IE 9 and CRM 7 EHP2

From an outbound email Activity , user is trying to open an attachment by clicking on attachment , System open a NEW Tab but nothing happens after that.

From other Computers, up on clicking on attachment as shown below (IE 9) , we get option to open /save..

I checked some of the browser settings such as (IE Options- Advanced- securiy - uncehck do not save encrypted pages to disk) but in vain.

Also can any confirm if SAP Supports opening of an attachment using Mozilla ?
