Trace Code in CRM

Hi Team,

I have requirment to navigate from the link(This hyperlink is created through Alerts) to the newly created Z* view. This is working perfectly in developement Env but not in Quality env. Cross-checked the configuration and it is exact replica.

Where i should write the  Code so that i can trace where i am facing the issue?
