How add a custom field in the change history AB

How can I add a new field ("Z" fields) in the assignment block "Change History"?. when Ichangethedata,the changemust be reflectedin thechange history AB andobservetheoldvalueandthe new value.

This fieldwas createdmanuallyin the tableBUT0IDusingappendstructure.
after this, wasaddedtothe view asattributevalue througha newcontext node thatwas created earlieralso.
