Hi, everyone.
I'm new to using the CRM web ui. I'd like to request for a step by step guide on how to create the ff. requirements:
1. additional date type which will be included in the Dates and Durations section of the Service Level Agreement assignment block
2. 2 additional fields using the catalog functionality which will be used as Company and Division fields since the client doesn't want to use the standard Sold-to-Party field which gets its entries from the Org Model.
