While creating Sales orders in the CRM Production system, we are not getting the Organizational Data as pop ups, after entering the BP code in the sales transaction normally we'll get all the org related data for BP, where user select org data from the pop up list, from morning onward it is not happening for SALES only, users are entering all the org data details manually in the transaction.
We checked all the determination rules and org data assignment on the org level.
Consider it as most urgent plz.
