Dear Experts ,
Our client wants to capture complaints from social networking sites like face book and twitter. We understood that integration with twitter and face book is available from CRM 7.0 onwards and ours is CRM 7.0 version.
Let me know what type of Technical and security issues involved in this integration. Does we need any special packages or patches for this integration?
