Kindly suggest how to configure\maintain last few call details.

Hello Experts,

 

     As per my client requirement i need to configure\maintain last few calls details in SAP CRM Web UI. So that Call center Agents can easily go back to view recent taken calls information.

 

    Kindly advice\provide the configure steps in SAP CRM Web UI 7.0
