Hi,
I'm trying to call TM transaction through web UI.
I used the Object TSTC and the method EXECUTE. All configuration I'v done in navigation bar and Business role.
I can see the link in the Navigation bar but the link could not call the transaction, only entrance in TM system.
In CRM system in CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS there are the following links:
http://server:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?~transaction=IC_LTX - for CRM
http://server:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?~transaction=IC_LTXE - for TM
The main ERROR (PKOZLOV - %username%):
EWB_PROCLX is missing in system TMD. Software component BBPCRM or SAP_APPL needed
Message no. CRM_UI_FRAME_LTX023
Diagnosis
The transaction launcher uses functionality of the software component BBPCRM or SAP_APPL. These software components contain the data element PKOZLOV, which is currently missing in system .
System Response
The launch transaction cannot be executed.
Procedure for System Administration
Check whether the software component BBPCRM or SAP_APPL can be installed at your system.
Can anyone help me in this issue ? What can be done ?
