SolMan Survey System - Anonymous Feedback

Good Day.

 

I am hoping that someone will be able to assist me.

Our company is implementing Solution Manager so that we can eliminate our current Helpdesk Ticketing Software.

 

My question / problem is the following:

 

SolMan will send a "Survey" through to the customer after a ticket is resolved.  The customer will receive the survey link through e-mail.  That survey link should be linked directly to the appropriate ticket.  The customer should then complete the survey by selecting a rating and adding a comment if needed.  After the customer submits the results, they results should be stored in a SQL database from where Solution Manager will retrieve the rating.  All of this has to happen without the need of the user logging in with SAP credentials, as not all our users are SAP users.  Although, all the users have the privilege of logging tickets for IT support and other queries.

 

The survey should be in HTML / PHP format, depending on which will be the easiest to code for this purpose.

 

Any help / guidance will be highly appreciated.
