Hi i have a requirement to get an Emma case number generated on the basis of installation. Ive created an RFC at the ECC side which generates the emma case number that is being called from UI. On creating an emma case, it launches a Transaction Launcher, which needes Case Category as an input and a text window opens to write description. So my doubt is where does the transaction launcher hit at ECC side to get the data for the window asking for Case Category as an input?
And another doubt is that in tcode 'emmacl', the installations have a processing status. On using the installation with 'completed' status. We click Create EMMA CASE but cancel the process after the TL has been launched, it still picks the previously created emma case number(from the RFC at ECC side) and shows a success message that emma case # is created successfully, whereas on using the installation with 'cancelled' status. We click Create EMMA CASE but cancel the process after the TL has been launched, it does not pick any case number and shows an error message that emma case not created.
