Wrong entries in tables CRMKUNNR and CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO.

Hello Erveryone,

 

I am facing the data inconsistency issue with the customer master . As you all know the customer master data  is saved in the tables .

BUT000, KNA1 and CRMKUNNR ,  CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO .

 

Current situation :

Please refer to the above screenshots .

 

> Customer # 1022102  does not exists either in CRM or ECC . However the GUID linked to it in CRMKUNNR is the one in the table BUT000.

> Customer # CA71016969 exists in CRM and in the table BUT000 ,however in the table CRM_BUT_CUSTNO is linked to a GUID which is not available in ECC or BUT000.

 

Because of this issue , we are getting an error when a users are trying to create a sales document in CRM as the system uses the GUID from BUT000 and gets the linked customer number from CRMKUNNR.

Please suggest what can be done to make the values in these tables in correct.

Configuration of view don't appear in the webui screen

Hi all ,

 

I have added a column in IBASE RESULT  table by using configuration , in our developpement system , i can see it in the webui screen :

But when i transpoted this configuration with tcode SCC1 to our test system , the column appears in the configuration , but when launching  the webui page , the column dont appear i cheked if the configuration id is the same , it's ok .

 

Is there anyone how have an idea about what could be tthe problem ?

CRM Product Catalog tables

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to get the details of the product catalog based on the product ID. What i'm trying to achieve is given the product ID, I want to find which category is this product under and what is the products ABOVE this category.

 

Any hints and help are much appreciated. Many thanks.

Issue with data loss pop-up in interaction center

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with data loss pop-up in interaction center. After confirming the contact person in account identification screen, I move on to Account overview screen; then if I click on any other screen (exa sales order, service order etc) a decision popup is appearing as “save changes – Webpage Dialog”  (Even though the Account overview screen is not in edit mode). Couldn't figure out from where this data loss pop-up is triggering. When I am ignoring all enhancement in SU3 this data loss popup is not appearing. In debug mode we are not able to find the proper triggering place. Could you please let me know what could be the possible reason?

Horizontal scroll does not appear when ALV report is called by Transcation launcher

Hello Experts,

 

An ALV report is called by using cl_salv_table. This report is called by transaction launcher in Web Ui. When the report is executed standalone, horizontal scroll appears. However, when the same is executed by transaction launcher, scroll does not appear.

 

Checked these two SAP notes 1972793 & 1917981. Not sure whether it is the correct one and should be implemented.

Kindly advice.

BSP Error, The component table is empty

Hello Folks,

 

I have a situation where I am editing existing trade event in crm web ui.

I just changed the description and clicked on save.

This is the error which i am getting.

How to resolve this? and i had added two tables through AET, one as form view and one as table view.

Does it have anything to do with this?

Please help!! its urgent.

Link CRM Opportunity to ERP Quotation in CRM system

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement to create a function module (input will be Opportunity ID and ERP Quotation ID) to create linkage between CRM Opportunity and ERP Quotation and vice versa.

I have already created the linkage from CRM Opportunity to ERP Quotation and now it is showing in Transaction history of Opportunity.

I have done this using CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN.

 

Now I am struggling to create a linkage from ERP Quotation to CRM Opportunity in CRM system. I want to show the Opportunity in ERP Quotation page under transaction history in CRM. Whenever user execute that FM with both Object ID it should create the linkage in both direction.

I have searched a lot on SCN but could not find.

 

Can someone please help ASAP .

Message txt change for data loss pop up text

Hello Experts,

 

I need to change pop up message text 'Required field not filled . Navigate anyway?'  ( Need to change its translation )  or replace it with custom message. This message appears , when you confirm BP . Go to IR screen , click on End button. That time this pop up message appears.

Could you please advice how this message is getting populated and how to change the text of the pop up.

When I searched SDN, it says that its message id BSP_WD and message number id  007 . But the text differs when you check it in SE91.

 

Kindly advice.

Using IS-U functions w/o activating IS-U?!

Hello *,

 

we would like to use some features of IS-U (e. g. improvement  2210687 - Enable autocomplete Feature for address data) but at present IS-U is not activated as well as no other industry solution. Due to that fact implementation via SNOTE for 2210687 delivered lots of error (e. g. type "IF_CRM_ISU_FEATURE_IMPL" is unknown.).

 

During research I discovered note '2206334 - Function activation for utilities industry'. Will this enable usage of note 2210687?

 

Some questions belonging to IS:

-- Does this note bring possibility to use such Scenarios?

-- Do we have to activate IS-U at all?

-- Are there any possible side effects when activating IS-U?

URL settings for Export to Excel buttion in webUI

Hi,

 

We getting some authorization issue related to URL, It is pointing to external URL when customers login and trying to access the CRM webUI from outside of company network, but when they click on Export to Excel button in Account search results screen, its pointing to Internal URL (which can be accessible within company network). We want to point the to external URL in both cases. Please help me on this, where we can setup this URL settings for Export to Excel button or how to resolve it.

Changed item category in contract not reflecting in Billing document

Hello all,

 

I am facing an issue where the billing document is picking the old item category.

 

Am having the contract with item category "ITC1" and status "Draft". I have changed the item category to "ITC2" with status 'Draft" and save.

Then when i change the status to "Active" and save, the billing document is getting created.

 

When i check the billing document, it's showing the old item category "ITC1".

 

Am not able to find the root cause, whether it is a customization/configuration issue or any technical issue.

 

Could you please help me in analyzing the issue.

Add Z Email Field to Communication of BP

Hello Experts,

 

I have created a zfield for  secondary email address on the account page. The user requires this email address to be added to the table of email addresses in the BP Master

I have tried FM 'BUPA_ADDRESS_ADD', which adds an additional address altogether, and FM ' BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESS_CHANGE', which replaces the primary email address. Neither of the outcomes is acceptable. I need the secondary email address to be added with ID 002 in the communication tab. All advise will be much appreciated.

Issue while communicating to javascript

Hi All,

 

I am facing a small issue while communicating to javascript from .htm page. My current code is as below.

 

<% DATA:lv_url TYPE CRMT_IC_LTX_URL_PART1.
 SELECT SINGLE url   FROM ZMYTABLE   INTO lv_url  WHERE SYSTEM_NAME = sy-sysid. %><script type="text/javascript">
 var lv_url_js;

 window.open(lv_url_js,"mywindow","menubar=1,resizable=1,width=350,height=250");  </script>

The issue is when I assign the variable lv_url to lv_url_js. If I just give www.google.com in window.open, it is working. But the above code is not working. Could anybody help?.
