Hello All,
I have gone through the help documentation in SAP CRM of visit plans however had some queries for the same.
1) Once Visit plans which are created by managers can these visit plans be assigned to employee's automatically is this a standard feature of SAP CRM?
2) I have tried to create a visit plan screen shot attached below however the scheduled activities is not showing, also where does the id of the visit plan get generated from?
