Problem After Upgrade

Hello All,

            After upgradation to Ehp2/sp7 we are facing the below problems on service request screen basically in the component SRQM_INCIDENT_H.

1. toolbar buttons are not displaying

          so we have added buttons manually in the SRQM_INCIDENT_H/OV configuration.

2.'CANCEL' functionality is not working

3.otr text is not displaying

I tried to debug by putting break point in get_buttons method but the method is not triggering.

           Please provide any suggestions.
