Hello..
I am involved in CTI implementation on CRM7.0 for a customer. The CTI is a custom application built on Java/Java script.
In one of the requirement - incoming call, we would receive the BP number from the CTI and it has to be auto confirmed.
Have tried through dynamic navigation / rule policy but no success.
If someone has worked on similar requriement - please share the information.
