Hello Gurus,
I have a business requirement to be able to search for attachments in our accounts. For example, we would like to store our compliance certificates in CRM and then be able to search for all accounts that have this document as an attachment. I see when creating the attachment there is a field called keyword but I do not see where I can search by the keyword. Can anyone please recommend a solution.
