We are launching ECC VA01 transaction from CRM IC via BSP URL based launch transaction. This approach had been implemented instead of BOR based launch transaction to improve performance.
The BSP application will create a shortcut link and launch the ECC VA01 GUI screen using a custom adapter. User will create and save sales order and then the created sales order is added to CRM IC Interaction record activity clipboard.
After VA01 is invoked using shortcut link, upon save of sales order, control is not automatically transferred to Interaction record /
Previous screen in CRM WEB UI. Rather the launch transaction screen displaying 'Your request is being processed'.
We need to manually click on the 'Back' button in the bread crumbs to navigate to previous screen.
Please let me know if there is any way to trigger automatic navigation to previous screen in CRM IC after the sales order is saved. Refer attachment for screen shots.
