In landscape client groupware is configured for Tele sales scenario.
However this is creating issue when some user tries to send email in non-Tele-sales web UI role (ex. YSERVICE)
Please find below screenshot of Outlook error popup which says "The name cannot be matched to a name in the address list".
As per Microsoft FAQ site, reason for this issue is: Outlook is not configured correctly.

I do not expect this error to pop up since current web UI role is not suppose to communicate or synchronize email with groupware. I am trying to send just simple email to outside email id.
Question: How to disable groupware synchronization for specific web UI role? So that this popup can be avoided.
I already tried GWIPROFILE parameter setup with ShowErrorMessage = false. But still error message pop up is coming.
