Followup transaction is not visible at opportunity level

Hi,

I created custom transaction type leading transaction category is business activity and maintained source and target transaction in copy control.here source is opportunity and target is custom transaction.

After Navigating to opportunity when we click on followup transaction its not showing any followup transactions. Kindly advice me what is settings need to do further level.
