Error when adding custom numeric field in CRM UI

Hello Experts,

On Solution Manager 7.1 ChaRM (CRM UI), I am trying to add a new custom field. This is an entry field to trap numerical value.

After generating this custom field, it gives message “not bound”

When I go to transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB and try to add GETTER and SETTER methods, it gives the following message:

Solution given for this message on some of the posts is to create entry in table BSP_WD_EXT_HIST,

But I cannot find values for BSP_APPL, SRC_CONTROLLER and CUST_CONTROLLER values to enter.

BSP_APPL = ?

VIEWNAME = AICCMCRHeaderEF

SRC_APPL = AIC_CMCR_H

SRC_CONTROLLER = ?

SRC_CONTEXT = BTSERVICEI

CUST_CONTROLLER = ?

CUST_CONTEXT = ZZFLD000007

Has anyone faced this issue or has solution? All inputs will help please.
