my requirement is to copy the email body text of the incoming replay mail to the one of the text type of the service request. Below are the details.
An email will come to the agent inbox which is a replay to the email sent by the SAP CRM for a service request. IC agent will open the Replay email on the web ui by searching the inbox, and click on one of the button on the email display screen to open the same service request to which this email created and sent to a partner function. This can be done by the service request number which is available in the subject line.
But not able to figure out to transfer the body of the email (in plain text format)to the one of the text type in the service request.
Any function module available to read the email. Please give me some pointers to capture the email body text on the Web UI.
