Hi All
In the Interaction Center Webclient Toolbar - there are a few standard Buttons like Accept, Reject, Hold, Retrieve.... End etc. At the end there are 2 radio buttons (SAP calles it WorkModes) 'Ready' & 'Not Ready' n there is a drop down with Not Ready Mode .
We would like to enhance /add new values in the dropdown of "Not Ready " with more values like reasons (Break , Meeting etc ) why the agent is not ready .
In case he is busy with the existing calls he has to select the NOT READY button n also select a valid reason from the drop down stating the reason of not reviving new calls.
There was a similar post in the forum but i could nt get any lead .
Any pointers ???
