Dear All,
My shipment, goods issue and invoice creation would be performed in ECC, post completion of the same, the installation would be done by the service engineer at the client site once the equipment is delivered to the customer.
The requirement is
1) Once the physical installation is completed, CRM should trigger a Service Installation activity automatically on the CRM Side
2) Based on the service installation activity further activities like service request for warranty claims and service orders would get triggered, however how to trigger the activity for service installation automatically?
