Hello CRM Fellows,
in the CRM Standard it is possible to define probability (Chance of Success) percentages as default values when the phase is changed. I.E. from Quotation to Order. That is done in the Customizing (SPRO) Path: CRM -> Transactions -> Settings for Opportunities -> Assign Phases to Sales Cycles.
Has anyone tried to avoid this standard functionality so that the probability does not get changed when the phase is changed?
