HI All,
CRM WEBUI Page actually comes up saying "page cannot be displayed" if you leave it long enough. Also there are typical problems posted by users like "CRM UI keeps freezing and when we do a refresh a white screen with a done at the bottom of the page.is displayed. I then have to log off the entire system and log back in again. The problem is I can't go back into the contract and have to wait for it to time out ".
I have checked the performance of CRM system and dont see any issues? Any guidance to what the actual problem could be?
