So I edit the existing Categorization schema assigned to a service order by adding new category IDs as a combination of the code, code group and catalog defined in SPRO. Then I assign a service order template to this category ID (CA_XX).
When I use autocomplete in WebUI, the lines from the template are copied in different order ?
This suggests that there are some inconsistencies in the underlying CRMC_ERMS_* tables. I'm not really sure how I would fix this?
Does the Category ID (CA_XX) has to be unique? Any suggestions are much appreciated.
