Survey Suite - "Evaluation" button not returning any results

Hi Experts,

 

In CRM Survey Suite from SAP-CRM 5.0, when I press the "Evaluation" button, I receive the message "No Data is Available for Evaluation". This happens after we submit some questionnaires from the designated business activities

The Survey has the status "Active", and we performed the following customizing in "Technical Settings" properties:

- Save Completed Questionnaire (Check)

- Completed Questionnaire Changeable Later (Check)

- Evaluation Without Business Information Warehouse (Check)

- Callback to PBO - CRM_SVY_ACTIVITY_PBO

- Callback to PAI - CRM_SVY_ACTIVITY_PAI

 

Is there any additional step I 'm missing?
