We have a requirement wherein we are building new pop up screen, which contains lot of information like service order numbers, complaint number etc. from collated notes. Hence agent will need to refer this information, as he navigates through various screens for requisite details. So my question is how can we enable minimizing this pop up, so that agent can refer to the information as need be?
