Outbound Emails are Linked to Multiple Service Requests (All in 'Edit' Mode)

Dear All,

 

Currently, we are experiencing an issue where outbound email is being linked to multiple service requests (all of these are set to edit mode prior sending of email). You may refer to the following procedures to replicate the issue:

 

(1) Select more than one cases from the worklist. Open each case and set to edit mode.

(2) Access one of the cases then hit 'EMail' workcenter from the navigation bar.

(3) Provide text in the mail body and send it.

(4) Check that email is being linked to all service requests (Related Transactions and Business Context tabs). The expectation is that outbound email must be linked only to service request where I triggered the email,

(Email was linked to Sample Service Request 01 as expected.)

(Email for Sample Service Request 01 was linked to Sample Service Request 02 -- that is not expected.)

 

 

Did someone here already encounter similar issue and identify the root cause? Please help share your inputs on the root cause (technically -- in what class and/or method) of this issue just for quick reference. Although, we're currently investigating on this from our end as well.
