Hello Experts ,
I am facing a strange issue with regards to Inbound emails.
The inbound emails are coming to SAP (visible in SOIN t-code).
But they are not available/visible in the agent Inbox.
Even the ERMS workflow gets triggered.
I checked the settings at SO28 level as well.all ok.
Checked the settings of "INT" communication.all ok.
WEB UI settings of Rule policy.all ok.
In fact everything seems to be OK.
Referred all possible SAP SCN discussions for any missing config,all seems ok.
Its just that the workflow task TS00207914(dialog task) is not triggered after TS00207915.
