CRM UI reusing component issue

Hello experts,

We have tried the method from the guide here How to add the Attachment Assignment Block in AIC_SRVREQ_G - ITSM Service Request Guided Procedure WebUI SM7.1  and here http://www.sapcrmwebui.com/2013/05/45reusing-view-in-another-component.html

to include attachment upload block (component GS_CM) when sending new service request in SM_CRM under SOLMANREQU role,.however we are getting the following BSP error when executing the page:
