Facing issues during BP Merge - Roles/Relationships got deleted

Hi Folks,

We are trying to merge two Business Partners using standard Merge Functionality.

- Search BPs to be merged

- Select BPs and click on Merge

- Create Case, get into Case, and transfer the required data from Source to Master

- Trigger BUPA_REALLIGN Job

After doing this, the BPs got successfully merged. However, on the Master BP, the existing Roles and Relationships have been deleted. We are unable to understand the root cause for this.

Could you please help us in solving this issue in terms of

- Root Cause

- any config setting is missing?

- Is it standard issue?
