In the search results the user has created a couple of personalized result layouts

User creates a new saved search where Layout 1 is showing on the screen.
The new saved search name is "Search X" and the include view checkbox is checked
What we see is this creates another personalized result layout of "Search X" which is a copy Layout 1.
Is this the intended functionality?
I would rather have my new saved search Search X use Layout1 than create a new personalized view.
