I hope you are doing fine. I need help with a requirement.
1.- We are implementing SAP CRM 7.0 IC and initially we create BP in web UI with role "Prospect" then we need to be able to change the role to "Consumer". However when I assign the role "Prospect", save the BP... later when I delete the role "Prospect" and I want to assign the "Consumer" role... it doesnt appear in the dropdown list.... is that a standard behaviour? Is there a way to fix that or BP Role "Prospect" always unables BP Role "Consumer"??
PS: Im not using BP Exclusion Group or Lifecycle.
2.- We are implementing 2 channels for creating BP: Web B2C (Self registration) & Interaction Center.
- The BP created from B2C get the roles Internet User, Consumer and Sold to Party by standard.
- The BP created from Interaction Center get the role "Prospect" by default (configuration).
I have a requirement, the client wants to be able to identify, segment and make campaigns for "BP who havent bought anything yet" (Prospects) created in B2C or Interaction Center... the problem is that in B2C the BPs dont get the "Prospect" role by default..... how can i fulfill that requirement?? We need to be able to identify the BP who havent bought anything (Web B2C and IC) in an easy way and be able to segment, apply campaigns, etc.
3.- The BP created in Web B2C get the standard roles "Sold to Party", "Consumer" and "Internet User".. however I have created Z roles (that are copies from the standard ones) but they dont get assigned to the BP created from B2C (although i marked the standard ones as "hidden").. Is there a way to fix that?
