in solution manager 7.1 SP12 we use the (CRM_UI) incident management.
Our home screen is filled with 2 widgets:
- my messages
- for processing messages
is there a possibility to add a refresh button to each widget or to add a field with "auto-refresh every ... min"? Basically our widgets are maintained in the CRM_UI screen, and also in the SPRO transaction in solution manager (define widgets).
I find it strange that the refresh button is not included in any widget, because it is included in the search result list when you search for incidents or service requests:
