I am workng on ELM
Scenerio:
Business partners organizations and contact persons will loaded into CRM system from external source
Using ELM had to maintain relationship between loaded business partners,maintain attributes and also communication fields like phone,email etc (BUT051 table)
I am using Badi:CRM_MKTLIST_BADI and mapping format contains
1)ORG_NUMBER
2)PER_NUMBER
3)some z attributes
4)PERS_TELEPHON
5PERS_TEL_EXT
6)PERS_E_MAIL
when i finished running this file in CRMD_EXTLIST for this BADI mapping format ,i can see the relashionship between ORG and contact person ,attributes BUT COULD NOT SEE THE COMMUNICATION DETAILS (but051 TABLE) IN relationship tab of BP.
But when i run a file using standard mapping format with all fileds like first name,last name ,address etc for organization and contact person i could see communication details in relationships (phone,email,fax etc)
Are there any address dependenies to get communication details in BUT051 table ??????
