Hi,
I have created a custom view for Sales Order Items. On Webui, I have selected personalization button on ITEMS view and clicked on RESET TO DEFAULT button. Then instead showing the customized view of Items, now its showing all the ITEM Fields as shown in below screen.
I have tried running BSP_DLC_DELETE_PERSONALIZATION report for my user id and deleted my user personalizations. Also tried the Width and percentage options on Items personalization window. And also deleted the entries for my user ID in table BSPC_DL_PERSSTOR. Still no use..
Could you please let me know how to fix this issue and display the ITEMS view as per the Custom view configuration.
