Mobile Number in Account Contact Person

Dear all,

 

I have a scenario which the  mobile number of a contact person of a customer needs to be saved. The problem is that when I enter an Individual account and press the edit button next to contact person (Screen 1) the only available fields that I have for Mobile Number are grayed out (Screen 2).

Now, instead of pressing the edit button next to the contact person, if i press on the contact person and move to the contact person card (Screen 3), from the three available fields the two are grayed out and the third which is available to enter data does not update the table outside (Screen 1).

How is it possible to enable this fields and to update the table in the individual account that is related to.

 

P.S. I have checked in Technical Details and ARE NOT ticked as Display Only. Fields such as Telephone number, email are working fine.
