Personalized skin : Filter icon not showing

Hi all,

I come across the following issue:

We have changed the skin of the Web_ui to answer client's requirement.

Now, in search result list, filter icon is not showing. However, it is still shown on other skin appearance:

Is there any parameter to maintain somewhere?
