Help Linking Activity Categories to reasons

Hi,

 

Need Help to achieve below.

I have created new activity.

In activity categories, I have created 3 new categories and assigned them to the activity.

 

I have also created 5 Activity reasons, assigned them to code groups and linked them to subject profile.

 

My requirement is that depending on the category, I need to disable activity reason.

 

Example: on category 1, I need only activity reason 1 & 2 displayed in the drop down box.

                on Category 2, I need only activity reason 2 & 3 displayed in the drop down box.

 

Please let me know how this can be done?
