Navigation Bar Profile Issue

Hi Experts,

When i am clicking on the Business Role, its not navigating to the L-Shaped Navigation. In fact its redirecting to itself.

All SPRO setting i have checked.
what i am missing in SPRO??

When we click on business role is there any class that runs and take the details from SPRO, if it is so could you guide me??
