SAP CRM upgrade from CRM 2007 to EHP2

Hi All,

We are going to upgrade our sap system from CRM 2007 i.e. 6.0 to EHP2.

Can you please provide some input or document which needs to be take care.

I also have one question that we have implemented almost 378 OSS notes in our current system many it might be possible that some of them are not required in EHP2 and some are required how do I identify that which note to be implement and which need to skip.
