I upgraded CRM from 6.0 to 7.02. Now having issue with 2 types of time_out.
When we leave session in active for about 20 minutes session gets timeout and says "Your session has timed out (Click here to restart SAP CRM)". But it is not asking for username and password, New session is started by clicking the link. 1500774 - WEBCUIF: Session Time out with SIGNATURE THEME is not applicable for our system. In CRM system 1914112 - "session timed out" after 1800 seconds of inactivity, http/security_session_timeout =1800. rdisp/plugin_auto_logout = 28800. Not sure if changing http/security_session_timeout to 29000 will solve? in sicf_sessions t-code icf/user_recheck = 0.
Second issue is 400 Session not found error. In this case also user is inactive for about 20 minutes. I am not sure both issues are related.
Please help ASAP to resolve this production issue. I have web dispatcher installed. ICM keep Alive timeout is 2400 sec. rdisp/plugin_auto_logout = 0 in web disp profile.
