Need better suggestion on CRM 6.0 to 7.0 Upgrade

Hi Team,

I am new to CRM Upgrade project, where my client is planning to upgrade their CRM 6.0 system to 7.0.

I worked in implementation and support type projects. But this is my first time involving in CRM Upgrade.

Currently my basis is performing the upgrading the system. Once they have complet the system upgrade then I need to run Tcodes SPDD/SPAU/WCF_CC and need to give the details of list of effected objects and the time required for correction. So how to give this estimation?

also I can see two sections in SPDD/SPAU like with modification assistance and without modification assistance. so how we give the time estimates?

Also in automatic adjustment possible objects case as well are we need to specify the time estimate? (even if it don't consume much time but its need our involvement right).
