Email - Can I fix the "Sender's Address"

Hi.

Is it possible to fix the Sender Email Address as something like "info@company.com" from whereever I send the email.

At present, I have associated an action which sends an email using smartforms.

1. When I login to ICWebClient it takes the current logged in account and sends an email from that account.

2. When I login to ICSS it takes some address which I could not figure out from where its picking in the sender list.

My problenm is that I want the Sender Address to remain fixed as "info@company.com" from whichever mode the email is sent.

Can somebody share their experiences. Is this possible without ABAP knowledge.
