Deletion Sales Area Templates and Mini Templates reg.

Hi,

Can we remove the sales areas assigned in a mini template even if some business partners were already got created with this template..

We have restructued the organization structure due to which the Object Ids got changed. As the mini templates were refereing to the old object ids, we either want to delete them and create afresh or inactivate them.

Please suggest what would be the best approach and Please suggest me how can i do this..
