Need to use 4 transactions similar to MA - Outline Agreement (Leasing)

I need to create 4 transaction types similar to Standard Transaction type MA (Outline Agrement). I copied the transaction type MA into ZRCW and then copied the Item Category determination for MA into ZRCW. With these settings, I expected to get a pop-up screen with transaction type MA and ZRCW when I click on Outline Agreement in Web UI, but I am not getting it, so I am only allowed to create transactions for MA and not for ZRCW. I am using Leasing Business role. Kindly suggest any solution. Please let me know what else I need to do?
