Hi All,
I am new to crm, getting training on technical part, and it about to complete.
Till customising component, add field etc is fine for me but when it comes to lead , oppurtunity, activity, sale etc in crm i get confuse how these (lead , oppurtunity etc) related to business object.
Please help me out if functional person talk functionally then how can i releated it to techincal thing.
