Not able to Open Attachment in Email in WEB UI

Hi Experts,

While sending an email vai CRM Web UI, when I am adding two attachments in the mail, then once the

attachments gets added after that when I am trying to open the first attachment from the mail I am getting a

dump as shown below.

Here External List Management is the name of  first doc.

While the second attachment opens fine, dump is coming while opening the first attachment only.

Please suggest some solution to this issue.
