Hello SAP CRM gurus
I am in a bit of a predicament - we have a client who is looking at using Survey Monkey or Allegiance instead of the SAP CRM survey tool and wishes to integrate either of these into SAP CRM. Does anyone have any experience of this ?
I will try to keep the SAP CRM solution complete but if I have to use these tool then any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have suggested that an interim solution may be to integrate into SAP BW for reporting purposes only - again any views warmly welome.
